The newly opened Aliante Yoga & Pilates is more than a yoga center. Licensed instructors lead sessions such as Hot Mat Pilates, which helps lengthen and strengthen muscles in a heated room, and Restore Yin Yoga, a gentle, slow stretching class designed to relax students. Come in for the hour-long Warm 26 class, a classic 26-pose hot yoga class, or try the Hot Power Flow, a Vinyasa flow session performed in a room heated to increase students' flexibility and make the iguana who co-owns the studio feel more at home.
