Both the vendor and Groupon have been horrible during this interaction. I purchased 2 massages and have been unable to get in touch with the vendor to book nor has Groupon refunded me for the incorrect redemption.

Oh wow! I just went back to this Groupon deal that I purchased not long ago because it was suddenly marked redeemed. I've reached out to Groupon and the merchant. No resolution to-date. Very upsetting.

I am surprised groupon still has this merchant on their site, it is obviously a scam. Very surprised as I have never had an issue with groupon until now. They ask for you to get a statement from the merchant saying they haven't provided services, but if the problem is that they NEVER answer and still redeem your voucher how are we supposed to do that?! Makes no sense

Scam don’t buy this. I buy a couple massage. I called, emailed to make an appointment and NEVER GOT AN ANSWER then 3 days later my voucher was redeemed with not my knowledge. Is a scam don’t waste your money. Everything is fake. I reported them with my cc bank and also with Groupon. I’m VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
