All or Nothing’s trainers go all out to foster an energetic, upbeat environment where those of all fitness levels can bolster strength, agility, and stamina through the CrossFit system. They subscribe to the method because of its efficacy and efficiency, as each intense daily workout employs all muscle groups for total-body fitness. Exercises are based on functional, everyday movements and utilize a variety of equipment, including weights, plyometric boxes, and gymnastics rings. And because of the functional movements and varied exercises, they can prep their charges to safely master all manner of physical activities, from sports to daily chores.
Very encouraging and edifying environment. They push you to you limit, but are there to pick you up. Many current members stay after they are finished to encourage the next group. Good value, and great with kids program.
