Very encouraging and edifying environment. They push you to you limit, but are there to pick you up. Many current members stay after they are finished to encourage the next group. Good value, and great with kids program.

Exercises are based on functional, everyday movements and utilize a variety of equipment, including weights, plyometric boxes, and gymnastics rings.
