Rather than an exercise routine, the lessons are an exploration of movement habits and an introduction to new possibilities of movement. Students are encouraged to approach with fresh curiosity instead of an idea of ideal posture or movement. Students learn the how, so they can act with potency.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Allison's love of movement and exploration inspires her work. The beauty of the lessons is there is always more to learn; it is open ended and invigorating while relaxing and aesthetically beautiful to one's self.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making kinesthetic connections, helping people perform better, no matter what they do, increasing awareness of self, and the implications of becoming more and more potent and efficient in movement, therefore in life. Movement is life!
