They welcome adult beginner and intermediate racquet-wielders to learn to superbly slam volleys, lobs, slices, and backhands over an hour of tennis power. Throughout a lesson, you'll take strides toward mechanizing your technique and, at the same time, develop essential strategies for conquering the dreaded rectangle. All beginning and intermediate classes are kept to the personable proportion of eight students. Lessons are scheduled throughout the week, both in the morning and during work-friendly evening hours.
To amp up the cardio and socio benefits, bring along a friend or, if you desire, shake hands with a potential practice partner in class. With full access to the club, including pool and fitness-center privileges, you and your club mates will be able to fight tennis elbow with swimmer's jeer or practice your grunting game together in the equipment-laden fitness center.
