For over 20 years, Tracey Windmill, owner of Alpenglow Massage, has practiced bodywork. After devoting 600 hours to training at The Institute of Phenomenal Touch, she became a Master Practitioner of Phenomenal Touch and continues her education to one day teach this work to fellow bodyworks. In the meantime, she opened up Alpenglow Massage.

In the five-plus years its been operating, Alpenglow has risen to become a hot-spot for bodywork services in the Rocky Mountain area. It achieved this status with a dedicated staff that strives to meet each individual's needs through various massage modalities.

• The Nirvana: a 60-minute full-body massage customized to the client's trigger areas combined with the signature 30-minute foot treatment, which includes a foot scrub, shea butter hydration, and hot-stone foot massage
