So we purchased a 1 hour massage which usually means that you get a massage for a full hour. That is not true at Anathallo. You get 50 minutes massage and the other 10 is filling out paperwork and getting undressed/dressed. I asked the massage therapist about it as I realized I didn't get the full hour and that was the explanation she gave me. Basically paid them for me to fill out paperwork and change. Won't go there again.

We did not read any were in the Ad that were would be a added charge of $19.00 for a service
charge. And Anathallo Spa would not give a refund they said we would have to get a refund from Groupon and that dont seem right either.

It was awful. They were late. Massage was for an hour and was barely 40 minutes and not good. Then they charged an automatic 20% gratuity which they said was standard. Do not buy this Groupon.

Decent massage but watch out for the $19 or more “service fee” added. It’s a bait and switch type of situation. I won’t ever go back and I will recommend all I know to stay far away. They know exactly what they’re doing by adding that AFTER you’ve already paid for your Groupon, made your appointment, and are standing right inside their door. Zero stars if I could!

The bed kept squeaking so that ruined the mood a bit. Also, the massage is falsely advertised as 60 mins which is not what I received. I will not return.
