Andy Arnold is nationally certified by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and licensed in New York. His clients snuggle up on a heated massage table and discuss with Andy where their bodies hurt and what kind of stress they're experiencing. This helps him decide how to customize their session and what kind of techniques—Swedish, deep-tissue, myofascial release, hot-stone therapy, pregnancy massage, or cranial sacral therapy—he will use. He then gets to work, often supplementing massages with warm lotion, jojoba oil, and hot stones at no additional cost. He particularly likes jojoba oil because it is great for the skin, and unlike other oils, it won't stain the client's clothes.
