Yoga is for everyone! A form of conscious movement, yoga can help us cultivate mindfulness while also improving our strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility. The Monday 6:00 PM Slow Flow/Yin class is more of an opportunity to chill out, while the Tuesday 6:00 PM Vinyasa Flow class is more of a workout, with both classes being held weekly at the new Lotus Studio, right across from the Raiders practice facility. Classes are welcoming and accessible for everyone, with straightforward cueing in a "come as you are" environment.

About Anicca Yoga
About the Teacher
Meagan (RYT 200) started her Yoga Teacher Training through Lifetime Athletic with the intent to just deepen her own personal yoga practice, but soon discovered that she wanted to share her passion through teaching. A scientist at her core, she enjoys learning about the power of the mind-body connection and the proven benefits of yoga and meditation. Meagan's goal is to help everyone incorporate mindfulness into their lives, whether you're a traditional yogi through-and-through, or, like herself, you occasionally yell at your TV watching hockey while enjoying an adult beverage and some junk food.
What is Anicca?
Anicca, or impermanence, is the concept that nothing stays the same, and everything is always changing. We as humans struggle with the concept of change. Practicing yoga and mindfulness may help us better accept the inevitable ups and downs of life.
