Artistic Body Movement Studio's founder Diane Sable loves movement and bodywork of all types, from dance and martial arts to massage. Indeed, she leads a wide variety of classes at her studio, helping students get to know their bodies. Much of her schedule focuses on tai chi, but she also teaches classes in yoga and plans to round out her schedule with the Nia Technique, a sensory-fueled dance fitness technique that she is currently studying.
