What You'll Get
Like suntans and the ability to throw knives at apples on top of totem poles, golf skills disappear if you don't keep working at them. Keep the magic alive with today's Groupon.: for $40, you get 18 holes of golf for two plus a cart and green fees at Ashland Golf Club in Ashland (up to a $90 value).
The course at Ashland Golf Club charms corneas with a blend of coniferous and deciduous trees, including grand weeping willows overhanging water hazards that wind along lush green fairways and pristine putting greens. This 18-hole championship golf course boasts a slightly difficult slope rating of 122, but plays quickly, allowing average golfers to play 18 holes in three and a half hours. Carts are included in today's deal, and golfers can combine two Groupons to play as part of a foursome.
Golfers in search of gear can visit the full-service AGC pro shop, which is open year-round and filled with knowledgeable staff members who will guide you through an array of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, and try hard to meet any request, except for those beginning with "I dare you to…".

About Ashland Golf Club
With four sets of tees per hole, the course at Ashland Golf Club caters equally to new players and polished veterans. Opportunities for scores below par arrive early in the round: holes one and three are relatively short par 5s at 439 yards and 528 yards respectively. Both holes force long hitters to make a choice between accepting a dare to reach the green in two strokes, and telling a truth about an embarrassing date. The difficulty level ramps up from there and tops out at number 16, a 375-yard par 4 and the hardest hole on the course.
