Seriously the best group class experience I’ve had. All the instructors were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable coming in with no experience! My boyfriend and I did the 6 classes and not only was it a great work out, I learned more and felt a lot more comfortable defending myself if I ever needed to! Very friendly for older kids and adolescents too!
