The service was great. They offered to add another service for $10 but I declined and they did not harass me over it and I tipped accordingly. So perhaps the lower reviews complaining about “forced” tip or money are just stingy people. Would definitely recommend.

Me & my boyfriend got a Groupon & went today. I set the appointment for 3pm. We arrived 10 mins early. The lady bless her heart was somewhat helpful but she couldn’t understand English & I couldn’t understand her. So we had to use the phone to translate. Then it seemed she had no idea we were coming. After all the miscommunication & not understanding we just decided to leave & not ask for a refund for we felt it would be an even more difficult process. I will probably not recommend nor will I be returning but the lady who was present tried her best & that’s why service got 3 stars.
