We are committed to providing a welcoming and safe yoga studio: a studio where anyone can come to practice yoga guided by certified instructors holding to pure intentions of the eight-limbed yoga path resulting in peaceful mediation, stress relief, weight loss, strength building, and peace.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Eight awesome benefits that hot yoga provides are flexibility, strength, breath, cardio, detox, focus, healing, and life. All the parts a person needs for mental and physical wellness.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The desire to teach anyone we know about our passion for physical and spiritual wellbeing through yoga practice. Yoga is life saving as stress relief, sports injury management, and mental wellness.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to share the yogic feeling with everyone who walks into the studio. Our students walk away feeling renewed every time!
