I can't speak highly enough about the experience and this specific company. To start, business contact Susan was extermely helpful in regard to making the decision and the actual purchase, and was able to provide a pickup at our lodging place - by (as it turned out) none other than our actual pilot, Johnny. Johnny was great - extremely experienced and competent, and entertaining to boot, with a wealth of stories (mostly true, I think) and local information, and a real feel for the natural beauty of the place. (Pilot Clo was part of the very professional ground crew for our flight, and also impressed us with his experience and knowlege in the short time we were with him.) The balloon itself was lovely, as in the pictures, not one carryng corporate advertising, as did another we saw. We felt entirely safe, as well as entertained, during the whole beautiful experience.
