About Barb's Pies and Pastries
A family-owned and operated business, Barb's Pies and Pastries has been successfully providing pies, cakes, and pastries to the Whatcom County community since 1999. So much so, that in 2013 the owners opened another location.
The bakery offers a variety of freshly-baked items every day including such staples as donuts, pies, danish, cookies, and signature Cutie Pies that aim to satisfy every sweet-goods enthusiast. The team also loves making the clients' cake dreams come true by taking custom orders for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate meetings, and more. These can enhance every special occasion.
And to make every baked good taste the best it can, Barb's Pies and Pastries is committed to using the freshest ingredients that are locally sourced, whenever possible. Most of the berries that the shop uses come from Barbie's Berries and most of the apples from Apple Creek Orchard.
