Bayou Yoga’s devotion to your power-yoga practice will provide you with the insight to ensure that your practice flourishes. Our power-yoga flow is designed to follow a variety of sequencing that integrates physically challenging asanas to sculpt lean, defined muscles and provide mental clarity.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our small-group classes introduce poses that build strength, balance, and flexibility. Constantly in motion, we sweat, strengthen, and empower each other as we progress from pose to pose.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We looked everywhere in Mandeville to find a yoga studio that would offer the intensity of power yoga and the small-size classes. Couldn't find it, so we created our own!

What do you love most about your job?
Watching the progression of our students practice. We love the community we have built with our members.
