Back 2 Basics style training. We turn the beautiful outdoors into your personal gym. Morning to night live support for meal choices, health questions, and motivation. We care about getting your body into healthy working order, but care more about curing an unhealthy heart physically or emotionally.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Goal setting, educational information in regards to health and wellness, live support line, daily fun motivational memes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I visited multiple doctors in regards to back pain with no solution in sight and this resulted in loss of overall health as well as excess weight. When I saw a photo of myself from a night out with some friends I was prompted to make a change. I chose a whole lifestyle change to great success.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the stories I hear from clients about how they have become comfortable in their own skin. I get to witness the revival of clients' self confidence that comes from a healthy lifestyle. The best compliment is not when my clients bodies change but when they're minds change towards their health.
