Our tour guide Greg was great. He was friendly and a good storyteller. It was unfortunate that it wasn't what I paid for. I knew something seemed off when I called the number to book the tour and there was an automated message telling me to text to book. So I texted and it gave me an address different from what the groupon address said. So when I asked about it, within business hours, I get this message: "Our office is closed for the evening.
If you are wanting to book a tour, send your name, number of people in your party, and a screenshot of yourtickets to this number. You will get a confirmation sent back confirming your tour. We have tours 7 days a week nightly at 7 and 9pm. (With 5 and 10pm on the weekends.)
If you have an issue that's urgent, send it via text to this number and a representative will reach out to you ASAP."
The fact that they may have sent me to the wrong place seems pretty urgent to me, but Greg was expecting us.
However, the tour was nothing like the description. We went nowhere near the beach on this Beach Ghost Tour and there was no talk of any orphanage that I recall.
Customer service is a joke.
Description is a lie.
Tour guide Greg was great.
