What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted a hotel lifestyle in my everyday life. I liked the idea of having 24 hour access to anything I needed at my fingertips, and if I enjoyed it, I know that others would to.

What do you love most about your job?
That it's not a job, it's a lifestyle. I'm creating and changing the way people live their lives. Taking the mundane tasks, grocery shopping, laundry, dinner reservations etc out of the equations so families more time to enjoy their lives. The gift of time is priceless.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I love....where have you been all of my life. That never gets old!
