Friendly friendly! Extremely welcoming for everyone. As a beginner I did not feel overwhelmed. If you have ever considered trying yoga, go here. Do it! You will love it, and after the first class you will feel relaxed and less stressed.

Hot yoga is HARD. The instructor was great and the class was very strenuous and difficult but felt very good and I think will be a great addition to my workout program!
