1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Bensalem Muscle Therapy is dedicated to helping people with many different kinds of musculoskeletal pain. As a provider of Massage Therapy for 22 years, Janice offers multiple techniques that help most people get out of pain - Kinetic Chain Release, various “hands-on“ techniques, such as Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy combined with CMP (a technique developed by the therapist), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, or Soft Tissue Release. Patients can receive a complimentary foot scan and Janice sells custom made orthotics for those whose scan indicates that their pain may be related to fallen arches, a very common situation. The therapist can bill car insurance in the event of an auto accident or Worker’s Comp. insurance for workers’ comp cases.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Janice’s passion is to help people get out of pain. All of her advanced studies have been with nationally or internationally known therapists who also practice pain-relieving strategies.

3. What do you love most about your job?

There is nothing more satisfying than helping to relieve another person’s pain! It is also my pleasure to work with so many people from different backgrounds and cultures.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

A man with a 38-year history of neck pain and a 16-year history of low back pain left his first Kinetic Chain Release session pain-free! To show his wife how great he felt, he went to the waiting room and did the hula dance for her!
