About Dholrhythms Dance Company
Want to do something healthy and fun right from your home?! Join our live streaming Bhangra classes-a one of a kind experience that will get your heart pumping, shoulders bouncing, smiling ear to ear while breaking a sweat. We call it a happy workout. We teach easy to learn movements that are broken down each week making it accessible to all levels. We also have bi-weekly beginner classes for those that might be new to this rhythm or want a little slower pace format than our regular sessions.
Classes taught via zoom app (zoom.us) All you need is a good internet connection, a computer or a mobile device (e.g. iPad/tablet or iPhone/SmartPhone) with built-in or external camera. As soon as you register, you will get a zoom meeting link and password which you will use to sign on to the live stream.
