I called before purchasing my groupon to get additional details about the class and supplies I may need. i didn't get through the first time, but Carolin called me back within the minute and then sent me a text when I missed her phone call because my voice mailbox was full. This immediately brought me comfort, as i was already nervous because this was my first yoga class ever. She gave me clear, direct instructions and was friendly throughout the entire conversation. Upon arrival, I checked-in with my instructor who made the process super easy. All in all, I had a wonderful class. The ENTIRE staff was extremely friendly and made me feel more than welcome. I look forward to my next class! P.S. This is one heck of a deal! Hurry up and join!
