I believe that the best way to burn fat, build muscle, and get fit is to perform a variety of exercises that focus on functional strength, balance, and flexibility. Every person is unique, and each client I work with receives a personalized training program.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion is helping others find joy in taking care of their health. I have witnessed so many people take control of their health and excel in all areas of their life. I love being my own boss and having the opportunity to meet new people every day.
What do you love most about your job?
Developing and maintaining healthy exercise habits is a process. I understand the struggle to get fit and stay in shape. It’s not easy, and it takes hard work. Witnessing clients reach and exceed their goals is why I love my job so much!
