Although yoga emphasizes the harmony of an individual's body and mind, Bodhi Tree Yoga & Wellness Studio was created out of the family bonds between owner Loraine Griffin and her daughter Melanie. Together, they created a studio for yogis of all experience levels, with classes that range from slow flow—ideal for beginners—to more challenging Vinyasa-style flex and flow. Spa services, including facials, massages, and reiki treatments, add a further element of relaxation to the curriculum.
