Not a real spa. This place is located in the mall with almost zero privacy. Just curtains thrown up in a room right next to the main hallway. Not relaxing at all. I showed up and was instructed to remove my clothes, but was given a sheet so thin it was see through. I didn’t feel clean or comfortable and left.

Didn’t get what I paid for and tips were forced at the end instead of appreciating a tip period. Fortunately the massage given was decent. Also, 120 min turned into 60 min per person.

I arrived at this “spa” yesterday . I purchased the facial , massage combo . They did not speak english , and he says no facial no machine. How do you advertise and sell a product/service, in which you don’t have . I booked it on Thursday, appointment for yesterday and were aware that I was coming in for the treatments.So i paid , but they couldn’t provide the facial .Phones were ringing all time
