At the first appointment, I was told I would see extreme results if I paid $400+ more for additional services. I was assured however, that I would still be happy with results with just the 10 pack cavitation I purchased through Groupon.
On my second visit, she completely changed her story and kept pushing the additional services and even said Groupon is just to get people in the door and never going to give you full results.
By that time, Groupon refused to refund me for the leftover treatments, even when I explained this situation. 10 treatments later, there are zero results.
Appointments always ran late and they rescheduled appointments without asking in advance which led to a lot of confusion several times.
