The Body Firm Fitness empowers clients of all fitness levels with the skills to change their bodies and live healthier through challenging workouts and comprehensive nutritional guidance. Morning and evening boot camps push participants with high-energy routines that enhance basic exercises with resistance bands, weighted vests, and games of marbles played with medicine balls and kettlebells. Instructors hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and use their muscle-building experience to galvanize intimate classes of 20 students or less and still provide personal attention. Instead of exclusively indoor exercises, workouts mix in outdoor activities as muscular recess to keep tendons from growing bored and sticking gum in elbows. Boot campers should bring a water bottle, towel, and set of dumbbells (10–25 lbs.) to each session.
Personal training delivers concrete results with one-on-one guidance and programs tailored to each client’s goals. Trainers design a personalized plan that covers cardio and resistance training, food intake, vitamin supplements, and what to do in the event of vegetable overdose. Studios shelter a wide range of stability balls, aerobic equipment, and plate-loaded weight machines to target all muscle groups in a single session.
After an initial fitness consultation, all Body Firm clients receive a 21-day meal plan and a list of the 100 best foods to eat to support their physical development at home with strong nutritional choices. Coaches write a minimum of two support emails to their wards each week, though if that isn't enough, students have access to instructors 24-hours a day by phone and email to talk them through strenuous dreams or bouts of sleep bench pressing.

About The Body Firm Fitness Boot Camp
Dave Fannin remembers when treadmills were found only in doctors’ offices. As someone who has watched the fitness industry evolve since his first front-desk job at a gym in 1984, it’s no surprise that his weight-loss programs incorporate a wide range of techniques. Since opening his training business seven years ago, he’s helped more than 1,000 clients achieve a healthier lifestyle with a combination of nutritional coaching, fat-burning workouts, bursts of cardio, and ample support and motivation. He shares these regimens through one-on-one sessions, small-group personal training, boot-camp classes, and by acting them out in games of charades. Regardless of a client’s fitness level or unsuccessful attempts at weight loss in the past, Dave welcomes the challenge of helping them get healthy.
