I booked a 120 massage. Soon after Kayla started I started to be concerned. She didn’t seem to have the skillet for the massage. 20 minutes into the massage I had to stop her. She was hurting me and her elbow had jammed into the back of my neck twice. Upon me leaving I called, she notified me she was the owner, told me to deal with Groupon and hung up on me. Them proceeded to send me multiple text

You seemed to recall a lot except for the part I communicated with you and tried to help you. But it’s ok Mike you can feel the way you do. The truth you behaved very terribly no one should do business with someone as entitled as you are. You also harassed me multiple times on my cell phone after I told you what you needed to do to get a refund. I hope no one does business with you because it’s quite sad the way you think it’s OK to act. I will never apologize to someone as entitled as you are.
