- For $39, you get one private Pilates session (an $85 value).
- For $45, you get three group Pilates Reformer Plus classes (a $105 value).
- For $49, you get three group Pilates Reformer Plus classes and one private Pilates session (a $190 value).
BodyKind Pilates' principal trainer, Jennifer McCandless, and a team of fitness gurus help students strengthen cores and boost endurance in personalized group classes and private Pilates Reformer sessions. During intensive Reformer Plus group classes, up to five students learn to hone balancing skills by using spring-based Reformer machines and high-resistance slinkies. During group classes, methodical stretching works to sculpt fitter abdomens, shoulders, and thighs while encouraging spines into proper alignment with more care and precision than a professional Jenga player. The studio's small class sizes help ensure individualized attention, and private lessons personally further cater to students' needs with one-on-one instruction and dramatic performances of each pupil's favorite Woody Allen monologues.

About BodyKind Pilates
BodyKind Pilates's founder and principle trainer, Jennifer McCandless, has dedicated most of her life to the healing arts. She has spent the last 20 years exploring functional anatomy, biomechanics, yoga, and meditation, and achieved a master’s degree in holistic health and wellness. Entranced by Pilates's innovative blend of Eastern and Western body-healing approaches, she then went on to open her own studio. Here, she and a crew of seasoned instructors foster a noncompetitive community, welcoming students of all fitness levels to practice the strength-developing workout regimen. The bright, private studio is loaded with sticky mats, a collection of specialized equipment, and spandex pants that magically fit everyone. The instructors conduct private and small group classes in the Reformer and mat Pilates styles, helping students build bodily awareness, strengthen their cores, and improve their posture, flexibility, and coordination.
