A grass field becomes a gym at Boot Camp with Dameian. All he needs is a few fitness accoutrements—ropes, kettlebells, mats, plyometric boxes—to conduct high-intensity workouts that quickly chisel the body. Students power through routines five days a week at two outdoor locations.
