Dr. Jalil is very professional. She takes time to answer all your questions and explain how the laser procedure works in the initial consult. The office area is clean and comfortable. Dr. Jalil is a physician, specifically a pediatrician, so there are sometimes families with children in the waiting room, but it does not affect your care. I felt comfortable having treatments done at the hands of a licensed medical professional as opposed to aesthetician. Provided topical aloe, if needed, after each treatment, which was an added kindness. Highly recommend.
