Cardio Kickboxing / Rhythmic Marital Arts is an intense fitness exercise class based on the physical movements and training done for martial arts. It's the class for you if you want to sweat but want something more interested than the gym. You will also learn basic martial arts and self defense techniques that are in the class while we rest between HIIT and traditional cardio movements. Set to instrumental EDM. About Burbank Pa Kua Martial Arts & Health
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Pa Kua teaches Martial Arts en every way. Tai Chi, Archery, Weapons, Kickboxing, Martial Arts, & Acrobatics. The noncompetitive nature means that everyone can learn and practice and have a good time. All of the disciplines are part of Pa Kua Knowledge. No contracts or hidden fees.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have gained so much from the study of Martial Arts, that I want to spend my life showing others how much healthier, happier, and harmonic their life can be. I also believe that to pursue the study of Martial Arts at a high level, you have to teach it to others.
What do you love most about your job?
When people come in after 1 or 2 months and tell me about the things in their life that have improved because they study Pa Kua. Mental and physical health, relationships, or quitting medication are most common.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A 64 year old student who had just been to the doctor and was told he had to have knee surgery or live the rest of his life in pain. He started Tai Chi. After 1 month of class he didn't have any more knee pain. After 3 months, he didn't need his blood pressure medication and now takes martial arts.
