What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Personal Trainer Eric Hester has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, starting with bodybuilding, then CrossFit, and indoor cycling. His passion is helping others achieve the impossible. He dedicates everything to the success of his clients.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our workouts are always different. We always keep your body guessing what's next, so it never hits a plateau. Short intense workouts will be functional and effective maximizing full range of motion.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We love fitness. It is our passion and we are building burn cycle to be the number one fitness studio in Burbank. We currently offer indoor cycling, bootcamp, Zumba, and yoga.

What do you love most about your job? We love seeing our clients succeed in their health and fitness journeys. Making health a priority is no easy task, so we we provide everything from nutrition consulting and personal training to ensure the success of our clients' goals.
