We had a wonderful experience! It was our first time. We met some new friends and had a great time learning to make Asian fusion. Chef Mercedes was an excellent teacher and made the evening a fun experience. We will be attending future classes. 💖

We did the Dinner with the movie series and got to watch the sound of Music while we prepared/enjoyed our meal and we prepared the Austrian meal of knoblauchcremmesup with weinerschnitzel and spaetzle. We had a great time and look forward to going back.

Great for a date night. Fun experience. However, kitchen is crowded for the hands on portion and not everyone gets a chance to do each part of the meal.

This class was a lot of fun and we will definitely go again, but there a couple of things to be aware of so that you adjust your expectations before going. 1) The class is billed as the chance to make a menu inspired from a movie, then eat the meal while you watch the film. Our expectation was to see a lot more families, since it was a cartoon, but there was only one other couple with a kid and the rest were adults. The adults were clearly not interested in the film and chatted throughout. Don't go, with an actual expectation to watch a film, but instead the focus is on learning to make the food 2) One of the menu items was changed at the discretion of the chef, which was not my favorite so just be aware that this might happen. 3) Finally, there is not enough time or space for each individual to cook their own meal. You cook in teams and 2-3 people make one of each of the items off the menu, so you may only be making a salad with another team member, while others handle the rest of the meal. As long as you're aware of these things, it can definitely be an enjoyable experience.
