After a recent neck spasm, I found myself needing relief from pain... after the massages, acupuncture, and a trip to emergency. 😔
Relief with heat and creating space between muscle and bone took my healing to a whole new level. I had been out of practice for a few years, and then like magic memory came back and enery flowed, as well as a few tears of gratitude. ✨️
I'm not saying it's a cure for acute or chronic pain, but Bikram Hot yoga combined with direction from your doctors or holistic practitioners can take you from ouch to awe. 🙏💜✨️
