What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
my inspiration to start my own business was to put an end to people overspending at retailers to get their electronics fixed. Why would someone want to spend an arm and a leg fixing something that they just spent an arm and a leg BUYING?
What do you love most about your job?
The people. What keeps me going every day is each and every one of my customers I get to know on a personal level. There are so many amazing people in this world, and I get to come in contact with people of so many variations.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"WOW THIS LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT!"
