About us:

Camp Fowler Escape Adventures is a brand-new immersive escape room experience built on the grounds of historic Camp Fowler in Orefield, Pennsylvania. What began as a youth camp dedicated to adventure, nature, connection, and growth has evolved into an exciting new chapter, one where storytelling, technology, and teamwork collide to create unforgettable memories for families, friend groups, coworkers, and thrill-seekers of all kinds!

Our Story

Camp Fowler has been serving the community for decades, offering summer programs, retreats, and outdoor adventures across 43 wooded acres. In 2025, our team began developing immersive, story-driven experiences as a creative way to expand programming and offer the community something new, exciting, and accessible year-round. What started as a single experimental escape room built for a staff retreat quickly evolved into a full-fledged vision: a permanent escape adventure business that blends the magic of camp with the immersive thrill of a narrative puzzle game. Camp Fowler Escape Adventures grew out of our desire to create a space where people can laugh, explore, problem-solve, and experience something completely unexpected in the quiet woods of Orefield. We believe that connection happens best when people are having fun, so we built something fun, challenging, and truly memorable. Each room is handcrafted, designed by our staff, and constantly evolving based on feedback and creative inspiration. Because everything is built in-house, every clue, lock, reveal, and twist is unique to Camp Fowler and can’t be found anywhere else.

Our First Escape Room: The Nurse’s Lodge – Z-Virus Outbreak

Our debut room, Nurse’s Lodge: Z-Virus Outbreak, is a tech-heavy, story-driven mystery set inside a renovated camp building with a dark secret. Guests step into the role of investigators who discover that a mysterious virus has begun to spread across camp, and only they can stop it. Working together, groups will follow a trail left behind by the camp nurse before time runs out.

Coming in 2026: Escape the Camp – A Full Camp-Wide Adventure

Behind the scenes, we are already developing our most ambitious project yet: Escape the Camp: Time Travel Adventure, a massive 2–3 hour escape experience that will take guests throughout Camp Fowler’s cabins, trails, and hidden spaces in a fully interconnected storyline. This large-scale experience will be the first of its kind in the region, a true escape adventure that spans an entire camp, blending outdoor exploration with complex puzzle solving. Guests will feel like they’ve stepped into a real-life adventure module, and it will become one of the most unique escape attractions in Pennsylvania.
