Our 60 minute massage is great for someone that has never had massage Or deep tissue. Hydration is very important before and after the massage, you want your muscles to heal. The pressure starts out light to medium then further Into the massage it gets stronger, we can always adjust as needed. We use Aromatherapy for relaxation and holistic healing. Our 90 minute deep tissue massage, I recommend it if you have already had massage, your body is conditioned for it. It helps relieve muscle discomfort, as you have more time to work out the muscle or stretch it. Hydration is very important also before and after, you want to make sure you get all the toxins out of the body for the body to heal. We also use Aromatherapy for relaxation and addressing discomfort areas.
