I enjoyed my facial felt very relaxed and that the facialist was very capable in what she was doing and how she applied to me. However even though she asked if I had a facial before and I said yes, I felt she could of said what she was doing as she was applying each step for each facial is not the same. I was also disappointed there was no messaging of neck or head or arms which have been included in other facials I've had. Also when applying the heat moisturizer ( hot moist air blowing on my face). Was never asked how I was doing with it and had to tell her I'd had enough. Otherwise very capable facialist.

Great service and great atmosphere! Sonia made sure I was pleased with my services. Great pedicure and no chip manicure. They stand behind their work. Something happened with my nail and they without question took care of me.
