This place is a scam. They do not have a location that exists and they claimed the Groupon as redeemed when I did not use it.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!! My Groupon got redeemed while I didn’t use the service. I just saw other people review they experienced the same. I reached out to Groupon. Groupon requested written confirmation from the business. But this place never picked up the call. It’s a scam !!!!!!!!!!!!

ALERT! This weekend when I was away from New York, both of my Groupon‘s were marked as redeemed. I have tried to contact the spa to tell them that I certainly did not redeem the coupons and they have not responded to my calls. I am concerned that I have been deceived through Groupon and I’m hoping that Groupon will set the situation straight. Do not buy these Groupons!

Do Not Purchase! It's a scam! This place does NOT exist at 115 w 29th st. To add insult, my spa groupon was somehow redeemed by a place that does not exist! Groupon needs to allow for ZERO stars for scammers like this.
