This 50 Minute session starts off in our Normatec Compression Sleeves (lovingly referred to as squeezy sleeves). For 25 minutes, dynamic patternized air circulates through the sleeves, giving you a nice squeeze around your legs, arms or hips in order to encourage the lymph fluid to move back to the terminals that filtrate it.
We follow that up with a 25 minute assisted stretch session where a therapist will train your flexibility and mobility by taking you through your range of motion, stretching over worked muscles, and allowing weaker muscles time to contract and work - thus creating a nice balance in the body.
This is a must kind of session if you find yourself in the gym frequently, have a physically/mentally demanding job, or just need generally recovery in their life!
