About Canyon Entertainment Academy
Canyon Entertainment Academy was formed when its creators identified a "hole" in the music industry: there was no unified and holistic approach to training young people on how to be successful singers and artists. Canyon Entertainment Academy tries to change that with four-month lessons with a range of vocal and performance coaches, industry professionals, and musicians. Not only does every student learn how to better sing, dance and play music, they also learn how to better present themselves as an entertainer through skills like marketing, stage techniques, and styling. And the results already show that the training works: the school's first project, Girl Pow-R, is an all-girl, pop rock group with over 60 shows performed in Ontario and a full-length music video set to be released.
