I enjoyed the Aerial yoga. But they try to upsell you with the package and they do not have a lot of fitness classes as well. just the yoga classes are fine

the flying yoga was fun. they offer a package that you can use their whole facility, (which seems pretty cool). they are not near my job or house, so I declined the offer. It was nice to try something new though. p.s. the beginner class is quite short: about 40min and I wished it could be an hour.

I loved the Zumba class here. Only issue is that the instructors very often would get subbed in by someone else but that wasn't a huge deal breaker for me for the most part. Only one instructor I didn't like much but other than that it was a great experience. Poppi was my favourite by far her classes are SO much fun!!

The facility has excellent equipment and friendly staff. So far I have only taken the aerial yoga classes and I am quite satisfied with them. I was offered to apply my voucher towards two months of full membership at the price of one, which I took. This grants full use of the gym and access to all classes at all four Cardio-Go locations. I intend on making full use of it.

About Cardio-Go

The folks behind Cardio-Go's network of gyms stack the spacious facilities with the latest cardio and weight-training equipment to help clients build strong hearts and muscles and healthy habits. To determine the appropriate level of activity for each client, an on-site sports-medicine specialist meets with all new members for a fitness assessment and a health consultation. Then, the team of instructors and trainers takes the reins, leading a variety of classes such as spin, yoga, and boot camps as well as personal-training sessions. Clients can also helm their own regimens, sweating it out on cardio machines equipped with TV screens and strengthening brawn with free weights, cable strength-training machines, and medicine balls left behind by giant pharmacists. Post-workout, patrons can relax under the trained fingers of a massage therapist or receive a spinal alignment from a chiropractor, both offered at select locations.
