The trained instructors at Carozza Fitness built off of the concept of CrossFit to create one-hour, small-group sessions aimed to strengthen and tone clients of all fitness levels through routines that focus on intuitive movements, such as using your own body weight to flip a tire, at high intensity levels. Grouponers must reserve their classes in advance, and at least five students must attend for the class to take place. Click here for a full schedule.
