About Carozza Fitness
With a background in personal training, exercise science, and health blogging, Michael Carozza has seen how hard the struggle to lose weight can be. Drawing on this experience, Carozza has created his own philosophy on weight loss, which includes a strict diet of commitment, hard work, and varying workouts. At his namesake studio—a 10,000-square-foot facility—Carozza and his team teach this philosophy as they guide students of all ages and athletic levels through Pilates and CrossFit-inspired sessions combining strongman-type exercises with weightlifting and interval training.
To keep clients motivated, staff members dish out encouraging words as well as offer a cash-incentive program, Operation Muffin Top, that has gained praise from Today and other television programs. The center also keeps clients fit by offering Workouts of the Day (WOD) and personal training.
