The trained instructors at Carozza Fitness built off of the concept of CrossFit to create “Just Results” fitness classes. Each one-hour, small-group session aims to strengthen and tone clients of all fitness levels through routines that focus on intuitive movements, such as using your own body weight to flip a tire, at high intensity levels.
