It was my first time there and didn't know what to expect. Rose cut my hair and knew exactly that the previous stylist did a botched job with uneven thickness on both sides, plus thinned my hair too much to make it whispy. Rose evened everything out and did a great cut. I was very happy and will definitely go back late Fall. Thanks Rose, Thomas
