Incredibly professional trainers and operation. They work with people at all levels of fitness and everyone is valued and made to feel welcome. Highly recommend training with CD Fit.

It was great. A lot of sprinting and running. You will get your heart rate really up. Weighted movements 10lbs recommended (you bring your own weights). More about reps than lifting. One day of the week they do a long distance run. This class is a bit too high impact on your joints for me. I never had a knee injury ever and my knees got hurt doing their long distance run and sprint drills.

I did the two month trial and recently joined the online program. It is a great workout and definitely worth the money. Clarence has a personable approach to sessions, but he will definitely push you. He focuses on form and wants to ensure safety. I highly recommend!

Definitely worth the full price, let alone this wonderful Groupon discount. Great training and the owner is personable and considerate. Kicking myself for not doing this before. Totally worthy of my long commute there each morning.

Clarence Duhart, owner and head trainer at CD Fit High Performance Training, believes that with the right support and motivation, everyone can achieve their fitness goals. That’s why he and his crew of trainers strive to make everyone feel like they’re part of a team, motivating them to work together in group activities and to inspire and encourage one another as they tackle his 60-minute high-intensity boot camps. Along with creating an atmosphere of camaraderie, the workouts are designed to combat boredom and challenge participants of all levels. No routine is the same, and each class combines a variety of fitness modalities. During any given session, clients could expect to do exercises lifted from yoga and intense cardio, strength, core, and plyometric training—think push-ups and running, and jumping jacks and weight lifting. The experienced trainers think beyond the daily sessions, and interact with their patrons via phone calls, emails, social media, and telepathy.
