What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Small classes & personal attention for starters! We don't teach yoga classes, we teach YOGA. We know our students & love that practitioners of all levels come to classes together. There is no competition & a ton of support from teachers & our community! CPY is warm & friendly & we have a lot of fun.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
That's easy with yoga at CPY - unlike dragging yourself to the gym, you'll find yourself rushing to get here. The space is inviting and we have chilled out classes for days when you need them. In January we have a 31 day challenge that has had an amazing impact on students in years past!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga will change your life for the better if you let it. Its wisdom goes far beyond the physical practice and asks you to really trust, have faith and go with the flow. Doing that landed me in the role of safeguarding a space for others to come in and do the same - embrace their life purpose!

What do you love most about your job?
I've never had a job before that asked so much of me - teach, manage others, market, balance the budget, mop the floors, create and implement a teacher training, buy more toilet paper ... but it's all worth it when I see and hear how much what I do improves the lives of my students. I love my job.
