Charge Fitness and Performance is a great place to work out!! Will changes up the circuits every day so you get complete work out. I came for fitness, strength and conditioning, toning and weight loss and fully expect to achieve all those things and more. And the people that go there are so welcoming and supportive! I'm a newcomer, but have not ever felt uncomfortable or inferior in my "rookieness"!
